Packaging Associate Crew D
Sunny Sky Products - Douglassville is a leading aseptic beverage manufacturer located in Douglassville, PA. We specialize in processing shelf-stable dairy, coffee beverages, and coffee creamers. Our company is rapidly growing and is seeking passionate people to join our team.
We are looking for a Packaging Associate who will be responsible for placing finished goods of product into boxes from the production line, placing nozzles into the boxes, placing boxes into the box maker, replacing tape on the top sealer, and ensuring top-quality packaging of all products.
Our production team runs on 12-hour shifts, 3 days one week, and 4 days the following week.

Salary
• $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities
• Review daily production schedule
• Pack product into boxes from the production line
• Verify equipment cleanliness before startup
• Understanding setting up and operate Case Erector, Top Sealer, Label Computer, and Robot
• Monitor labeling system throughout shift
• Install nozzles (4L, 6L, and sugar products) and record nozzle details
• Place tubes into product boxes
• Report abnormalities to management and mechanical issues to maintenance
• Inspect products and manage leakers (document waste and rework)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Ensure product quality and safety for Sunny Sky Products
Requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, consistently.
• Stand for a long period of time.
• Ability to operate and understand computer systems and machinery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
