Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Hull, GA. As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with our ABA therapists and families to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions designed to improve the lives of our clients. Your expertise and dedication will help us achieve our mission of providing ABA care that lives where the child does.
Responsibilities:
• Implement behavior analytic interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and services provided
Requirements:
• Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field (e.g., RBT certification)
• 0 years of experience in ABA or related field (new graduates welcome!)
• Ability to work part-time schedule (flexible hours, including evenings and weekends)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to clients' homes
