Part-Time Accounting Manager (Commercial Real Estate)
Atlas Real Estate Advisors is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Manager to oversee accounting and bookkeeping across our brokerage, property management, and investment operations. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking for a flexible, consistent part-time schedule with meaningful responsibility.
Responsibilities :
• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
• Maintain records in QuickBooks Online
• Handle invoicing, bill pay, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare reports for ownership
• Coordinate with CPA for tax filings
Qualifications :
• 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks Online proficiency
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Understanding of real estate principles
• Appfolio property management software experience is a plus
Schedule :
• ~20 hours/week (3–5 hours/day, M–F)
• Flexible within business hours
• Primarily in-office in Athens (Oconee Co), with some hybrid flexibility
