Responsible for coordinating, documenting, maintaining, and scheduling other required training as needed.Teach CAT employees how to assembleAssist the production floor with additional coaching/training of current assemblersReview and assess employee work training needsReview and update training plans and programs as neededUpdate and maintain training recordsAssist with coordination of training scheduleMust have 3-5 years of assembly experienceBasic Qualifications: Must have at least “Expected” or higher rating on most recent evaluationMust have 3 - 5 years of assembly experienceMust certified in crane operationsMust have knowledge of torque processesTop candidates will also have:Team Lead experiencePrevious training, coaching or teaching experiencePost-secondary educationIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointManufacturing experienceExperience in lifting device manufacturing, testing or inspectionAdvanced oral and written communications skillsAbility to analyze and organize training reference materialAdvanced knowledge of assembly processesShift Information:Monday- Thursday 6am- 2:30pm* This is a PART TIME opening.
