Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and field crews
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and safety documentation
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and equipment delivery
• Track job costing and prepare monthly billing
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and closeout packages
Qualifications:
• 5+ years in project management or coordination within construction or equipment contracting
• Experience with commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, and change order processes
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and advanced Excel skills
