Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in industrial components, is seeking a Baldor Die Cast Team Tech C to join their team. As a Baldor Die Cast Team Tech C, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a safety-conscious mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Baldor Die Cast Team Tech C
Location: Athens, GA
Pay Range: $17
Shift: Nights, Evenings (40 hour)
What's the Job?
• Perform duties to process laminations, rotors, and stators according to specifications
• Set up and operate equipment within various work centers such as presses, welders, and ovens
• Gauge parts, record work progress, and ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
• Follow safety procedures including lock out/tag out protocols
What's Needed?
• Ability to perform in one (1) Lam / Die Cast work center within 12 months
• Ability to understand verbal and written technical instructions in English
• Capability to read and interpret prints, orders, and routings
• Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment, including shift work
• Completed Mechanical Certification Classes within 12 months of employment
