customer service representative
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team in Reading, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in coordinating logistics with third-party service and ensuring timely communication and documentation. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong multitasking abilities and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling with third-party service providers to support ongoing operational needs.
• Serve as a central point of contact between internal teams and external partners to share updates and ensure alignment.
• Track work-in-progress activities, follow up on outstanding items, and help resolve issues requiring additional review or approval.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within internal systems to reflect current status and next steps.
• Navigate and utilize multiple internal platforms to support workflow management and documentation.
• Ensure all information is captured and maintained in accordance with established processes and guidelines.
• Manage calendars, timelines, and coordination activities to support efficient operations.
• Deliver a high level of service by responding to questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using software systems such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and other internal tools.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting and processing information.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of scheduling and record-keeping practices.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair processes is a plus.
