We’re hiring an experienced, hands-on Executive Chef to lead our scratch kitchen in Sinking Spring, PA. If you love building menus from the ground up, developing a tight-knit team, and running a high-energy kitchen, we’d like to talk.
What you’ll do
• Create and execute seasonal menus that balance creativity, flavor, and approachable presentation.
• Lead daily kitchen operations—prep, service, quality control, safety, and sanitation.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach the culinary team; set clear standards and hold the line.
• Collaborate with the team on specials, features, and ongoing menu evolution.
• Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships with an eye on consistency and waste reduction.
What we’re looking for
• 5+ years as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, scratch environment.
• Proven success with menu development and kitchen leadership.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, casual setting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable for results.
