Job Title: 1st Shift - Industrial Electrician
Job Description
This position provides essential electrical support for the site, encompassing a wide range of mechanical tasks. The role involves performing welding, steel fabrication, pipe fitting, millwright tasks, rigging, pump rebuilding, and general mechanical troubleshooting. It is crucial for the employee to prioritize safety for themselves and others in the work area.
Responsibilities
• Perform welding, steel fabrication, pipe fitting, millwright tasks, rigging, and pump rebuilding.
• Troubleshoot and conduct preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Adhere to Safety, Health, and Environmental (SH&E) policies and procedures, including completing necessary permits.
• Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
• Work safely with hazardous materials and maintain a questioning attitude to ensure a safe work environment.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and document the process using forms and charts.
• Work collaboratively in a team and train co-workers on job tasks.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain a 5S environment.
• Operate a forklift and other motorized transportation equipment as necessary.
• Communicate the operational status to the following shift and ensure timely reporting to the workstation.
Essential Skills
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Welding, steel fabrication, pipe fitting, millwright skills.
• Knowledge of computers, PLC operations, and ability to read work instructions and P&IDs.
• Troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and industrial electrical skills.
• Understanding of electrical conduit systems.

• Initiative and the ability to work well with others.
• Willingness to participate on teams.
• Strong motor coordination and planning skills.
• Memory of written directions and ability to follow precise standards.
Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Boyertown, PA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.
