Class A CDL Truck Driver - CDL Graduates Welcome
Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A CDL regional drivers. This role is suitable for recent CDL graduates and experienced drivers seeking predictable regional lanes. The position provides structured over‑the‑road (OTR) training with a dedicated trainer, paid orientation, paid training/mentorship for new graduates, and a full benefits package after 30 days. Drivers will operate 100% no‑touch dry van freight (primarily drop‑and‑hook) on Eastern Seaboard regional routes.
Compensation & Benefits
• Weekly Pay - $1,200–$1,400 (varies by experience and mileage)
• Per‑mile pay: $0.55–$0.65 (based on verified experience)
• $15 per stop pay
• Trainee pay: $650+ per week for drivers with under six months of OTR experience (typical training 4–6 weeks)
• Monthly safety bonus: $0.06 per mile for incident‑free performance and meeting fuel efficiency targets
• Paid orientation: $300 (one day at nearest hub)
• Full benefits begin after 30 days: medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent CDL graduates: graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of instruction
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, suspensions, or major violations within the past five years
• No DUI convictions within the past five years
• Certain criminal convictions may disqualify; records reviewed in accordance with regulatory requirements
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment
• Stable employment history consistent with industry standards (reasonable gaps for training or education will be considered)
• Ability to pass required pre‑employment screenings, including DOT urine drug test, hair test where required, and background checks
