Role Description
We're opening our Athens, GA location and looking for a Studio Manager to help lead it. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who's equally comfortable building a team and driving sales as they are creating a great experience for clients walking through the door.
You'll oversee day-to-day studio operations, lead and develop your team, execute sales and marketing strategies, and make sure every client interaction reflects the standard we hold ourselves to. Lead the Team, Drive the Results
We're looking for someone who walks into a room and raises the energy. A self-starter who's equally at home closing a membership conversation and encouraging a team through a tough week.

Operational sharpness — Juggling studio operations, client experience, and business goals doesn't overwhelm you. You thrive in the details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
A real passion for wellness — You believe in what you're selling because you live it. Experience in Lagree Fitness is a major plus.
A business foundation — A degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred. Your results and attitude will always matter more than the credential.
