POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our Sales Development Team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will receive cross-functional exposure across sales, marketing, and business operations. This role supports our clients and their customers. As a Representative, you will gain experience contributing to sales efforts within assigned retail locations across a designated geographic territory.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Engage with customers in assigned retail locations to communicate client product offerings and promotions
• Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and presenting appropriate product solutions
• Assist in generating new customer interest and contributing to customer acquisition goals on behalf of clients
• Represent and promote client brands in a professional and consistent manner
• Build rapport with customers through effective communication and relationship-building techniques
• Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge and sales approach
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily sales activities and business objectives
