Job Description • Lead the full preconstruction and estimating process for ground‑up and interior commercial projects.
• Prepare conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and GMPs with accuracy and competitiveness.
• Oversee and mentor the estimating team while fostering collaboration across operations, design partners, and clients.
• Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and cost analysis to ensure reliable pricing.
• Support project strategy with value engineering ideas, constructability insights, and market‑driven cost guidance.

The Successful Applicant • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience within commercial construction.
• Demonstrated expertise in both ground-up construction and interior build-outs.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, Sage, ProEst, etc.).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple pursuits and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
