Overview We at Everyday home Care are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, coordinating care with interdisciplinary team, and implementing treatment protocols in the home care setting. We currently have cases in the Wyomissing and Lebanon area. Shift varies as we understand flexibility is important to our staff. May contact our office at 610-956-6751. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and medical histories. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Monitor patient progress and response to treatments, adjusting care plans as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for patients. Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Provide support in critical care situations, including emergency response and triage. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Skills Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Experience in various nursing specialties including homecare. Familiarity with long-term care and homecare settings. Understanding of infection control practices and the ability to manage infectious disease care effectively. Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and collaboration with healthcare teams.
