Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators / Production Operators to join . This position is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring quality standards and production goals are met. Must have reliable transportation, be able to work 12 hours shifts, night shift only . Responsibilities: Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation Perform basic troubleshooting and clear minor machine jams Conduct quality checks on finished products Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Accurately complete production documentation Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required Ability to work 12-hour night shifts Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Mechanical aptitude is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
