Position Overview: Now Hiring: Family & Education Program Manager Location: Sarasota, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday Salary: $59,000–$63,000 annually, based on experience Reports To: President About Us Sarasota Medical Pregnancy Center is a faith-based, nonprofit women’s health and family support organization committed to providing compassionate, cost-free medical care, education, and resources to women, men, and families facing unplanned pregnancies. Our mission is to empower individuals to make life-affirming choices through holistic, professional care and ongoing support across Florida’s west coast. Position Overview The Family & Education Program Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the execution, quality, and continued development of SMPC’s client-facing education and family support programs. Reporting directly to the President, this individual will lead program staff and volunteers, monitor service delivery and outcomes, and help ensure program excellence, accountability, and mission alignment across all education and support services. This opportunity is ideal for a mission-driven professional with experience in program management, team leadership, and service delivery within a nonprofit, education, healthcare, ministry, or family services environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management and improvement of SMPC’s family and education programs, including women’s education, men’s and couples coaching, peer counseling support, and client advocacy services Supervise and support program staff and volunteers, including scheduling, coaching, accountability, and performance oversight Ensure high-quality, compassionate, and mission-aligned client care across all assigned programs Oversee chart quality, documentation standards, and participation in case review processes Monitor client outcomes, program effectiveness, and service trends to support reporting and continuous improvement Partner directly with the President on strategic initiatives, program priorities, and operational needs Coordinate volunteer training, annual documentation, and readiness efforts to support program consistency and compliance Maintain and strengthen referral resources and external partnerships to support client needs Support center outreach, tours, fundraising events, and community engagement efforts connected to program goals Provide additional operational support related to program coordination and client service logistics as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in education, nonprofit management, human services, public health, counseling, ministry, or a related field 3–5+ years of relevant experience in program management, nonprofit services, education, family services, or a related field Prior experience supervising staff, volunteers, or direct service teams Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain strong documentation, and lead programs with consistency and follow-through Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of professionalism, sound judgment, and emotional maturity Preferred Qualifications Experience in a faith-based nonprofit, pregnancy center, family services, healthcare, or ministry setting Bilingual in English and Spanish Skills & Competencies Program leadership and execution Staff supervision and team development Strong organizational and administrative skills Ability to balance compassion with accountability Collaborative, dependable, and self-directed work style Faith & Values Alignment A committed Christian with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ Alignment with the pro-life mission Willingness to uphold the Center’s Statement of Faith, Statement of Principle, and organizational policies Purpose Mission-driven, faith-centered work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the Sarasota community Leadership role with direct partnership with the President Opportunity to shape and strengthen family and education programming Benefits Medical: Blue Cross Blue Shield Telemedicine Access: Teladoc Life Insurance/AD&D Dental & Vision: United Healthcare Everence Simple IRA with employer match Paid Time Off upon hire Paid Holidays upon hire Pay Range: USD $59,000.00 - USD $63,000.00 /Yr.
