Responsibilities Manage and service a dedicated portfolio of personal lines insurance clients. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions, including quoting, binding, and issuing new policies. Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and claims inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. Review existing coverage to identify gaps and recommend appropriate policy additions or changes. Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and advocate for client interests. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
