We are seeking a strategic Operating Room Director to lead clinical and operational excellence at our single-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing surgical services, directing clinical teams, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong clinical leader with a background in surgical services who excels in team development, process improvement, and performance management within a fast-paced outpatient environment. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight of all OR and ASC daily operations Direct surgical services, including pre-op, intraoperative, and post-anesthesia care functions Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff Oversee medication management, inventory control, budgeting, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with state regulations, accreditation standards, and quality benchmarks Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs Collaborate with physician and executive leadership to optimize surgical workflow and patient outcomes Assist with clinical staff coverage, as needed. Qualifications Active Georgia RN license (required) Current ACLS certification (required) Progressive leadership experience in an ASC or surgical services environment (preferred) Strong operational, financial, and regulatory knowledge Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage performance Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
