We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in quality work across underground utilities, asphalt paving, and concrete. Positions Available General Construction Laborers Skilled Laborers Utility Crew Members Asphalt Crew Members Concrete Workers / Finishers What You’ll Be Doing Installing water, sewer, storm, and drainage pipe Supporting asphalt paving operations: raking, shoveling, prepping, and finishing Forming, pouring, and finishing concrete Maintaining a clean, safe, and productive jobsite What We’re Looking For Experience in utility, asphalt, or concrete (any one is helpful; all three is a major plus) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors and handle physical labor Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities A professional, supportive team environment Opportunities to advance into lead or foreman roles Work Location: In person
