Flying Hills Pool: Hiring for Summer 2026 lifeguards! We are looking for responsible individuals who will ensure a safe, clean, and accident-free environment for our patrons this summer. Employment is scheduled to begin Memorial Day weekend (5/22/25), and run through Labor Day weekend (9/7/26). Requirements/Qualifications: At least 15 Years of Age Have or obtain American Red Cross Lifeguard & FIRST AID/CPR/AED Certifications Ability to work effectively with others Ability to work weekends & evenings Excellent Customer Service Skills Reliable attendance Responsibilities: Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in the water Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services Able to act quickly and appropriately to secure the safety of patrons in the event of an emergency Present a professional appearance & attitude; maintain a high standard of customer service Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (pH and Chlorine water testing, Vacuuming, Skimming, ETC.) Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures Able to follow routine verbal and written instruction Properly maintain and monitor the pool environment so it meets CDC and local health guidelines Take admission Monitor capacity limits Typical end time: 8PM Typical start time: 11AM Work Remotely No Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: From $12.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule License/Certification: First Aid Certification (Required) Lifeguard Training (Required) Work Location: In person
