Position Summary As a Member Advisor , you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of AAC Credit Union. You’ll help members with everyday banking needs, provide friendly and knowledgeable service, and connect them with products and services that support their financial goals. This role blends customer service, relationship building, and cash handling in a fast-paced, team-centered environment. What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional service: Greet members warmly, answer phones, and ensure every guest feels welcome and valued. Handle transactions accurately: Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other account transactions in-person, by phone, or by mail. Promote financial solutions: Listen to member needs and recommend products and services that can help them succeed. Maintain accuracy: Manage your cash drawer responsibly and follow established policies and procedures. Be a team player: Support branch goals and promotions, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a supportive, dependable team culture. Demonstrate professionalism: Represent AAC with confidence, integrity, and a coachable mindset—even under pressure. Relationship Building: Builds relationships with members by listening to member needs and suggesting products and services that will benefit them. Participates in credit union promotions. What We’re Looking For Experience: Prior cash handling or customer service experience is required. Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort with computers and technology. Mindset: Positive, dependable, and motivated to help others achieve their financial goals.
