We are currently hiring for an experienced, energetic and caring professional to assist in the Pre-K Counts program in Pottstown, PA, working with a mixed age group of 3, 4, and 5 year olds. EOE Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities of the Assistant Teacher include: Enforcing rules to promote positive behavior Writing child observations Leading activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development, such as games, arts and crafts, music, storytelling and field trips Adhering to NAEYC and Keystone STAR 4 standards Attending to children's basic needs including supervising meal times, playground times and center time Qualifications and Skills To qualify for an Assistant Teacher position, you must be energetic and have a positive attitude.
