Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Golf / Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. This role combines leadership in managing food and beverage operations with supporting golf course services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for hospitality, strong management skills, and a proactive approach to team development. An Assistant Golf Professional/Assistant F&B Manager oversees day-to-day golf operations, including staff supervision, tournament coordination, and retail, while assisting with front-of-house F&B, inventory, and banquets. This dual-role position requires managing tee sheets, enforcing club policies, and providing exceptional member service. Key Responsibilities Golf Operations: Manage golf shop, including opening/closing, tee sheet, and POS systems. Assist with tournaments, events, and player development clinics. Supervise outside services, including carts, range, and pace of play. Maintain merchandise, inventory control, and retail sales. Food & Beverage Management: Oversee F&B service, including daily operations and banquets. Assist with inventory, ordering, and maintaining equipment standards. Coordinate with the kitchen/chef to meet guest expectations. Administrative & Leadership: Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling staff. Resolve member complaints professionally. Act as the lead manager in the absence of the General Manager or Head Pro. Qualifications Retail experience of 1 year College education or PGA Apprentice or Member (or working towards it). Prior golf course and supervisory experience are a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems, customer service, and food safety standards. Physical Demands Frequently stands, walks, and work outdoors. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Are you available to work during peak Golf season, April-October?
