Sales Account Manager (Commercial / Service Accounts) Stiles Heating, Cooling and Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Account Manager to manage and expand our commercial and/or service account portfolio. If you’re great at building trust, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue through long-term customer partnerships, this is the role for you. This position focuses on account retention, service agreement renewals, revenue growth within existing customers, and developing new business opportunities . Why You’ll Love This Role AMAZING pay Opportunity to manage real relationships and drive measurable growth A strong operations team to support service delivery and customer satisfaction Career growth A collaborative environment that values professionalism and accountability What You’ll Do Maintain regular communication with assigned commercial/service accounts Manage and drive service agreement renewals and contract updates Identify opportunities for expanded service, upgrades, replacements, and system improvements Proactively pursue new leads and develop new account opportunities Build relationships with prospective customers through outreach, networking, and follow-up Coordinate with operations/service leadership to resolve account issues quickly and professionally Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address retention risk Support pricing adjustments, proposal updates, and contract modifications as needed Track account activity and pipeline progress to support forecasting and growth goals What Success Looks Like High account retention and strong customer satisfaction Consistent renewal performance on service agreements Revenue growth within existing accounts through expanded services and upgrades A healthy pipeline of new business opportunities and new accounts Strong internal coordination between sales and service operations What We’re Looking For Must-Haves Experience in account management, B2B sales, or relationship-based sales Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-first approach Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines Confidence in identifying needs, recommending solutions, and closing renewals/upsells Organized and accountable. Able to track follow-ups, renewals, and pipeline activity Preferred (Nice-to-Haves) Experience in HVAC, plumbing, mechanical services, facilities services, or construction-related sales Experience selling/renewing service agreements or maintenance contracts Strong understanding of customer retention and long-term relationship management CRM experience and comfort using technology for tracking and reporting Benefits We believe great people deserve great support.
