Zeetailz Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Repossession Agent to join our team. As a Repossession Agent, you will interact with our customers, and you will be investigating and tracking the known locations of vehicles out for repossession, securing them, and towing the vehicles to our storage facility. Great opportunity to be highly compensated for your strong work ethic and flexibility! Repo Agent Responsibilities : Identify the location of vehicles that need to be repossessed. Ensure compliance with all relevant city and state laws and client and company policies during the repossession process. Safely and efficiently repossess vehicles, transporting to designated locations. Report repossession and provide detailed documentation via photographs and written reports the condition of vehicles at the time of repossession, noting any damages or issues. Handle potentially difficult or confrontational situations calmly and professionally when interacting with public and/or customers Complete all paperwork accurately and within designated time frames. Perform and record daily inspection of company assigned trucks. Always prioritize safety. Repo Agent Requirements: Previous experience required High school diploma or equivalent Strong observational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Clean, presentable appearance Proven reliability and ability to work independently Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Must pass background screening Must pass drug screening Must be able to work night/overnight shifts Must be available nights and willing to work Tuesdays thru Saturdays 8pm-4am Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Notify law enforcement of vehicle repossessions and maintain positive relationships with governing authorities Prior experience driving box trucks, tow trucks, other commercial use trucks desired; Repossession, law enforcement, investigative work, or related experience may be beneficial Benefits : Health insurance benefits after 30 days of employment ( Dental, Vision, and Health) Paid time off - accrue 2 weeks paid vacation Paid training Several compensation options available to discuss in person, including hourly pay, per vehicle commission, or a hybrid of both.
