Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges Assist customers with product demos and upselling to enhance their purchase experience Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh products Handle cash, process payments accurately, and manage cash handling procedures with integrity Conduct stock replenishment, inventory checks, and manage product placement on the sales floor Use effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors and support store operations as needed Experience Prior retail sales or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership qualities and team collaboration skills Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions is essential Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members Experience in merchandising, product demos, upselling, or stock management will set you apart Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent phone etiquette This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail career in a lively environment.
