This is a mixed HVAC + Plumbing dispatch role, and plumbing dispatch experience is strongly preferred. Why You’ll Love Working Here AMAZING competitive pay (top-tier compensation for top-tier talent) High-impact role where your work directly improves customer satisfaction Opportunities to grow as the company continues to expand A fast-paced environment that rewards organization, urgency, and great communication What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day) Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians and installers daily Prioritize incoming calls based on urgency, customer impact, and team capacity Adjust schedules in real-time based on field conditions, job duration changes, emergencies, traffic, and parts availability Communicate job details clearly to field teams (scope, notes, access info, customer expectations, special instructions) Provide proactive customer communication (appointment confirmations, ETA updates, schedule changes, follow-ups) Maintain accurate records, job notes, and status updates in dispatch/scheduling systems Coordinate with Service and Operations Managers on coverage, routing, and capacity planning Monitor job completion and ensure systems are updated accurately for smooth next-step scheduling What Success Looks Like Efficient routing and balanced workloads across HVAC and plumbing technicians Minimal downtime, fewer scheduling gaps, and improved response times Clear communication between office and field Customers feel informed, cared for, and confident in our service What We’re Looking For Must-Haves Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize quickly, and stay calm under pressure Comfort using dispatch/scheduling software and maintaining accurate records Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Strongly Preferred Plumbing dispatch experience (understanding urgency for leaks, no hot water, backups, etc.) Residential service dispatch experience (HVAC and/or plumbing) Benefits We believe great people deserve great support.
