Looking for an individual living in the Nort Port, Venice area with experience in Assisted and Independent Living to supervise and manage an Assisted Living facility including all personal functions, resident services, food service, marketing and outreach of prospective residents and clients and ensuring the welfare and safety of the residents. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day community operations in compliance with Florida state regulations Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff Ensure high standards in assisted living services and resident care Oversee care planning, medication management, and quality assurance Drive census growth and manage budgets and expenses Partner with families and providers Maintain a safe, engaging, resident-centered environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Schedule: Holidays Monday to Friday On call Weekend availability Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Office management: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
