You’ll love coming to work every day if you “get”, “want”, and have the “capacity to do” the following: Office daily at SkyRun’s new Longboat Key (LBK) location. Travel to all of our LBK managed properties regularly and periodicallylend your unique talents to your SkyRun Teammates covering otherproperties in our large territory. Assist with in-person interactions, emails, phone calls, and othercommunications and needs from both Guests & Owners of short-term vacation rentals. Assist Guests in making new reservations or rebooking their favoriteproperty (and because of the 5-Star service they have received fromyou!). Assist your SkyRun Teammates with marketing initiatives to attractGuest reservations & new properties under management. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Own the SkyRun Operations on LBK including but not limited to: Provide vacation rental post-departure & ‘white-glove’ pre-arrival inspections following an established checklist. Provide “21 day vacancy” home checks, owner and annual inspections. Ability to communicate with Cleaning Team on any issues that require additional attention prior to Guest arrival. Ability to notice/detect, document, and report any deficiencies, including cosmetic, technical, mechanical and electrical problems, and: Perform needed light maintenance and/or contact & work with other SkyRun Teammates and/or contractors through issue completion/resolution. Take photos of any damaged items or damage to property and report immediately. Report any missing rental keys, key cards to HOA amenities, garage door openers immediately. Remove any Guest items left behind in rental following appropriate Lost & Found procedures including shipping. Ensure outdoor living spaces and front entrances are clean, welcoming, and free of leaves and any other debris. Ensure the rental has been efficiently cleaned, staged, is non- cluttered, and hospitality supplies have been put out for the Guest. Respect the property and care for it as if it were your own. Able to lift & transport packages (up to 50 lbs) from a drop off pointto the Guests (or Owner’s) front door. You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things: Quick to adapt and comfortable learning numerous technologies including Google Suite, mobile applications and other software platforms. Be available to answer phones, emails and text messages, and when necessary assign to the appropriate team member. Be an expert of the Greater Sarasota vacation rental & hospitality industry. Advise, consult & provide excellent customer service with savvy vacation Homeowners to build the foundation of a long-term relationship. Follow the SkyRun operational processes and recommend process improvements or create new processes where needed. Anticipate and react to Guest requests ensuring that Guests have a 5-Star experience. Assess home maintenance issues and make minor maintenancerepairs. Have excellent and professional communication skills and comfortablecontacting Homeowners and Guests by phone, email, video & in- person meetings. We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week: ● Achieving 5-Star reviews from Guests and Homeowners. ● Working in-sync with Business Development & Operations teammates to onboard each new property in a timely manner. ● Complete daily operations checklist. ● Review/audit property administrative and maintenance areas to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures (including HOA requirements). ● Responsible for daily communication with Homeowners, Guests, and vendors, including: ▪ On-time Guest check ins and check outs On-time & on-schedule cleaning company coordination On-time & on-schedule inspections On-time, on-schedule & on-budget maintenance Able to access and work in private homes in Longboat Key and the greater Sarasota area. Familiar with all safety and emergencies procedures. Maintaining a flexible schedule with weekend and on-call dutiesrequired.
