About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated, and reliable Regional Account Manager (RAM) to join our growing sales team. With a focus on innovation and customer success, we help organizations streamline their communications and drive business growth. As a RAM, you are responsible for prospecting, cold calling, and cultivating new customers, partners, and account relationships. In this important and exciting position, RAM is expected to support the sales efforts of Lightspeed Voice’s products and workflow solutions. The core of your role will be centered around phone and webinar communications with customers and prospects, while working with our internal sales and marketing teams to increase customer growth. Key Responsibilities Generating net new business through prospecting, cold calling, webinars. Achieving set quota objectives. Presenting comprehensive product overview of the Lightspeed platform. Fostering existing customer relationships and ongoing success. Continuing technology/industry understanding and product knowledge. Liaison between technical support, onboarding, and billing teams. Attend Industry trade shows as required. Follow up on leads and track in ERP/CRM. Own the sales process for the assigned region. Work with partner prospects to build new relationships and accelerate growth. Industry Networking with technology partners & relative associations. Required Qualifications High School diploma. 2+ years of Inside or Outside sales experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects quickly. A persistent, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, Sugar, HubSpot). Excellent communication skills (in-person, written, and phone). Professional and friendly customer service demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word; comfort with paperless workflows. Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Inside sales experience at SaaS, technical, or communications company. Experience with sales engagement platforms (e.g., Clay, Zoominfo). Entrepreneurial approach that builds and nurtures strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally. Familiarity with the UCaaS, MSP, and VoIP market and sales cycles. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions. Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives supporting company goals. Perform office-based work requiring extended periods of computer use. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally – office supplies and products. Ability to sit for long periods of time and utilize a computer for extended periods of time.
