Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Counselors to join our team for an engaging and rewarding summer experience. As a Camp Counselor, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for campers. You will guide activities, foster relationships, and support the personal growth of each child while promoting teamwork and respect among peers. Duties Supervise and engage with campers during various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate programs that align with the camp's mission and values. Facilitate group discussions and activities that promote teamwork, cooperation, and conflict resolution. Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding camper progress and any concerns. Collaborate with fellow counselors to create a positive camp culture that encourages participation and inclusivity. Assist in managing daily schedules, ensuring all activities run smoothly and on time. Participate in training sessions Qualifications Experience working with children Strong understanding of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Ability to foster a supportive environment that encourages personal growth among campers. A passion for educating youth through engaging activities and mentorship.
