We are seeking an experienced and reliable Inground Pool Liner Measurement & Installation Technician to join our growing team at our PA and DE locations. This is a hands-on, field-based role working with a reputable and well-established company in the pool industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience measuring and installing inground pool liners and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Measure inground pools accurately for custom liner orders Remove and properly dispose of existing pool liners Prepare pool surfaces for installation Install new inground pool liners according to company standards Assist with draining and refilling pools as needed Communicate professionally with customers on-site Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Follow all safety procedures and best practices Requirements: Prior experience measuring and installing inground pool liners (required) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to travel between job sites within New Jersey Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pool service, construction, or related field Knowledge of pool structures and water table considerations Basic hand and power tool proficiency What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work with an established and reputable company Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a trusted company known for quality service.
