Duties Direct vehicles safely into parking spaces using valet parking techniques and proper driving skills Assist customers with parking, retrieving vehicles, and providing friendly, professional service Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts Maintain clear communication with team members and customers to ensure efficient flow of traffic and safety protocols Monitor the parking lot for security concerns or hazards, reporting issues promptly to management Keep the parking area clean, organized, and well-maintained to enhance guest experience Use retail math skills to manage cash handling procedures confidently and accurately Qualifications Proven experience in valet parking or driving roles preferred; dealership or retail experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to interact courteously with diverse customers Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly using retail math principles Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in driving various vehicle types preferred Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods in all weather conditions Join us as a Parking Lot Attendant and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while ensuring safety and efficiency.
