Job Title: Line Lead Location: Macungie, PA Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.25 hourly Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Key Responsibilities * Support daily packaging line operations and communicate job assignments * Monitor performance to ensure quality, efficiency, and GMP compliance * Ensure accurate completion of batch records and documentation * Assist with line changeovers, startups, and lot transitions * Conduct attendance checks and confirm proper staffing at shift start * Help assign line cleans and verify completion * Report production metrics and escalate issues as needed * Assist with deviations, investigations, and documentation corrections * Provide training and serve as a liaison between associates and supervisors May be required to work directly on the production line as needed.
