Job Title: Procurement Manager Location: North Port, FL Department: Purchasing Reports To: Chief Accounting Officer Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our purchasing and supplier management activities. This role is responsible for developing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate has exceptional interpersonal skills, is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing cost control with quality and operational needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience Strong negotiation and contract management skills Experience managing vendor relationships and performance metrics Proficiency with ERP systems and procurement software Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Industry-specific procurement experience (construction, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.) Familiarity with inventory management and logistics Knowledge of cost accounting or financial analysis Leadership or team management experience
