The Berkshire Country Club is looking to add to our outside operations golf team. We are a private member owned Country Club, located just outside of Reading, that offers multiple recreational activities, dining experiences and Club events. We are currently recruiting an Outside Operations Supervisor for our Golf Team. This position will have an approximate start date of April 2026 and will work thru the fall season. What are some of the responsibilities? Trains and supervises outdoor operation staff Responsible for payroll management and budgeting Tournament preparation and operations specific to event. Assist in maintaining sufficient inventory levels. Maintain and clean the club's golf cart fleet. Clean the clubs of members and guest. Present the fleet in the staging area, clean and prepped for the next member or guests. Assist members and guest with their golf clubs. Setting up the driving range, maintaining the range throughout the day and taking down the driving range each afternoon. Clear the range at the end of the day. Wash and clean all driving range golf balls. What we require. High school diploma or equivalent Driver license Knowledge of the game of golf. Experience in outside golf operations. An outgoing personality to welcome all members and guest in a friendly, professional manner. All outside operations staff must remain highly visible and ready to assist when needed. A neat, clean and well-kept appearance. Excellent oral communication and listening skills. Reliable transportation. Flexibility in scheduling. Day, evening, weekends, holidays and special events. Willingness to go above and beyond providing outstanding, unparalleled service to our members and guests. Ability to work under pressure and around large groups of people. What we offer.
