We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our bathroom division across multiple states, including Tennessee (TN), Georgia (GA), Kentucky (KY), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Alabama (AL), Delaware (DE), New Jersey (NJ), Pennsylvania (PA), and West Virginia (WV). This key leadership position will be responsible for driving the overall success of bathroom projects company-wide, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality installations, team performance, and exceptional customer experiences. As the primary leader for the bathroom division, you will coordinate all aspects of production, serving as the central point of contact among customers, installation crews, measure technicians, service technicians, vendors, and internal teams. Prioritizing customer satisfaction is essential, along with strong organizational skills, effective communication across diverse personalities, and the ability to troubleshoot issues in the field. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full production process for bathroom remodeling projects across all designated locations in TN, GA, KY, NC, SC, AL, DE, NJ, PA, and WV Schedule pre-site inspections (measures), installations, and any follow-up service needs Order all required materials and products from various vendors; track orders, verify deliveries for accuracy and quality, and maintain appropriate inventory levels for stock items Ensure efficient and careful use of materials to optimize project profitability Deliver proactive customer service, including regular project status updates, satisfaction follow-ups, and prompt resolution of concerns Lead communication and coordination with field installers, measure technicians, and service technicians Manage daily and weekly production schedules; track open/pending projects and drive timely completions Hire, onboard, train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of field personnel, including installation crews, measure technicians, and service technicians Maximize weekly production output while upholding quality standards, safety protocols, and high customer satisfaction Monitor project-level profitability, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance results Collaborate with vendors on order status, delivery coordination, parts, and service requirements Utilize technology and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) for scheduling, tracking, reporting, and record-keeping Requirements: 7+ years of hands-on experience in the home bathroom remodeling or residential construction industry Proven management experience leading multiple direct reports (e.g., installers, technicians) in a multi-location or regional setting preferred Strong skills in logistical planning, organization, and multi-tasking Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service abilities; capable of building effective relationships with customers, team members, and vendors Leadership mindset with a results-oriented, team-focused approach High ethical standards and integrity in all professional interactions Field experience and in-depth product knowledge to support troubleshooting, project planning, and team training Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general technology tools for operational management Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support operations across multiple states We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary based on experience and significant monthly bonus opportunities tied to division performance and results.
