About the Role Hawk Mountain Council is hiring a Growth Executive to lead membership and unit growth across an assigned service area. This role is responsible for expanding youth and adult membership, launching new Scouting units, and strengthening community partnerships to ensure long-term program success. What You’ll Do Drive youth and adult membership growth in traditional Scouting programs Identify and engage underserved communities Recruit new charter partners (schools, churches, and community organizations) Support the launch of new Scouting units and strengthen existing ones Build relationships with volunteers, educators, and community leaders Partner with Commissioners and volunteers to improve unit retention Support units in fundraising efforts, including Friends of Scouting Use membership data to track progress and target growth opportunities What We’re Looking For Strong relationship-building and communication skills Experience in sales, marketing, membership growth, or community engagement Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Comfort working with volunteers and community stakeholders Passion for youth development and mission-driven work Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) 2–4 years of relevant professional experience Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally Successful completion of a criminal background check Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $55,000- $60,000 Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage Life insurance and disability coverage Retirement plan Generous PTO and BSA holiday schedule Mileage and approved expense reimbursement Why Join Hawk Mountain Council?
