My client a well established commercial mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to coordinate commercial HVAC service technicians, manage schedules, and serve as the main point of contact for customers. This role requires strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced service environment.
Requirements:
• 2+ years dispatching experience with a commercial HVAC or similar service industry preferred)
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Experience with dispatch/CRM systems
