Warehouse Associate – Bernville, PA
Job Type: Full‑Time Pay: 16/hr plus shift differential
1st Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm
2nd Monday - Friday 3:30pm - 11:30pm
3rd Monday - Friday 11pm - 7am
Weekend Saturday -Tuesday 7am - 5pm
Position Summary The Warehouse Associate plays an essential role in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, scanning, inventory control, and loading/unloading freight. This position supports overall productivity while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders using RF scanners
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and palletized goods
• Perform receiving duties including verification and documentation of inbound freight
• Support inventory control through cycle counts and stock rotation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company safety policies, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Operate pallet jacks and warehouse equipment (training provided)
Qualifications
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for the majority of the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer or RF scan gun experience a plus
• Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
