Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in West Lawn, PA. In this role, the selected candidate will support patients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Responsibilities include managing calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with patient queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through outstanding service. The representative will collaborate closely with the medical office staff to maintain efficient operations and deliver a welcoming patient experience.
Qualifications
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional Customer Experience
• Strong skills in Customer Support and understanding of best practices to address patient needs effectively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with scheduling software and office systems is a plus
• Ability to work on-site collaboratively with a team and handle a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is beneficial
