The IT Administrator supports the daily operation, security, and reliability of the Bank's technology infrastructure. This role provides hands‑on administration of servers, workstations, network equipment, user accounts, telecommunications systems, and cloud‑based services within a highly regulated financial environment. The IT Administrator ensures systems operate in a secure, compliant, and efficient manner by performing routine monitoring, patching, maintenance, and documentation in alignment with FFIEC guidance and the Bank's information security program.
Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the IT Administrator helps ensure that the Bank's technology systems support operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the strategic goals of the Bank.
Primary Responsibilities
• The position serves as a primary resource for technical support, responding to hardware, software, and access‑related requests from employees across all Bank locations.
• Works closely with the Bank's IT Partner for Hosting and Network Management.
• Assists with maintaining information security controls, supporting incident response activities, and participating in business continuity and disaster recovery efforts.
• Responsible for the Bank's report writing tools.
• Assists in writing policies and reviewing policies.
• Strong analytical skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and customer service skills are essential, as the role interacts regularly with Bank staff, auditors, examiners, and third parties.
Qualifications
• A bachelor's or associate's degree in IT or related field
• 3-5 years of Help-Desk and IT administration experience
• 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and MS365 Cloud environment
The ideal candidate must be able to work both independently & collaboratively in a high-paced environment. Must have excellent analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills as well as strong written & verbal communication skills.
This position is in-person and requires the ability to work at our Fleetwood location daily with the ability to travel to our other branch locations as needed.
