Our Reading area client is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to join their team! Express is offering career opportunities for those qualified for and interested in this position!
Customer Service Clerk
Pay: $18.00/hr
Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, health insurance, 401K available once hired on!
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Location: Reading, PA
Responsibilities:
• Receiving inbound call from client and fulfilling requests
• Taking orders, creating quotes
• Packing items as needed
• Daily invoicing and data entry of customer and vendor information
• Data entry
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Familiarity with computers – Outlook and Excel – and the ability to learn other programs
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of experience with inventory systems
• 1+ year of inside sales experience
