Job Description
This role requires the completion of various clinical and administrative responsibilities while ensuring compliance with health regulations and protocols.
Responsibilities
Conduct and document patient assessments.
Administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
Coordinate with healthcare teams for effective patient care.
Maintain accurate records of patient information and treatments.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Current and valid license or certification as required in the state of practice.
Completion of necessary health assessments and clearances.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.
