Therapist
This full-time clinical position in Macon, GA, requires a licensed Masters-level clinician (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) with at least two years of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Conduct behavioral health and biopsychosocial assessments, develop and review treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Deliver and document therapeutic services, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
• Assess clients at risk for substance abuse and domestic violence, evaluate home environments, and assess parental fitness.
• Make court recommendations regarding child permanency, maintain accurate records, and develop post-treatment plans.
• Build effective therapeutic relationships and ensure all documentation and deadlines are met.
