Job Description
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will facilitate the efficient operation of multiple departments by performing a variety of clerical, scheduling, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a high level of professionalism
Key Responsibilities
• Office Support: Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
• Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings/conferences.
• Documentation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, memos, and presentations.
• Record Keeping: Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
• Logistics & Travel: Make travel arrangements, book flights, and organize accommodation.
• Data Entry: Input data, maintain databases, and assist with basic bookkeeping or expense tracking.
• HR Support: Assisting with orientation prep, hiring process, scanning confidential documents, and filing.
Required Skills And Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar clerical role.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive applications.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
