Role Description
This full-time role for a Web Support Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and updating website content or training others to do so. The specialist will help ensure that College of Ag websites align with accessibility and usability standards.
Qualifications
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Strong ability to identify, diagnose, and address technical issues effectively.
• Knowledge of web usability practices and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG guidelines).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
