Human Resources Manager

BOS is a family-owned group of companies (BOS Staffing, BOS Medical Staffing, and BOS Security) operating across multiple states with hundreds of employees. We’re growing fast and looking for our first dedicated Human Resources Manager to help professionalize and strengthen our HR function.

What you’ll do:
• Lead HR strategy, compliance, and employee relations across all companies
• Advise leadership on policies, compensation, and people initiatives
• Ensure multi-state employment law compliance
• Support managers, oversee safety and workers’ comp, and improve HR systems
• Help scale a growing organization the right way
What we’re looking for:
• SHRM Certified Professional® (SHRM-CP®) required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven progression in Human Resources with increasing responsibility
• Strong multi-state HR and compliance experience
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Location: on-site in Athens, GA (with occasional travel)
