What You’ll Do
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations—making sure clients receive the care they need and caregivers have the support they need to succeed.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating and scheduling caregivers for client shifts
• Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and caregivers
• Providing exceptional customer service to families and care teams
• Managing schedule changes, call-outs, and last-minute coverage
• Communicating with caregivers to ensure shifts are staffed and running smoothly
• Supporting the onboarding and coordination of new clients
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in scheduling systems
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure quality service delivery
• Monitoring client satisfaction and responding to concerns promptly
• Performing additional administrative and coordination duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
Required:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in home care, healthcare coordination, or scheduling
• Prior experience working with caregivers or healthcare staff
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude
• Comfort working with scheduling systems and office software
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
• Bilingual communication skills
