We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations & Customer Experience Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the heartbeat of our process, serving as the primary liaison for homeowners while driving the operational workflows that bring their dreams to life.
The Impact You’ll Make As our Operations & Customer Experience Manager, you'll balance high-touch relationship management with sharp operational execution. Your mission is to ensure a seamless journey from the first contract signature to the final warranty check.
Key Responsibilities • Operational Excellence: Manage the "Starts" process, ensuring all internal sign-offs, structural plans, and landscaping designs are perfectly coordinated before a single nail is driven.
• Strategic Planning: Drive "Site Solve Plan" development and oversee the permitting process, including ARB submissions and government applications.
• Customer Advocacy: Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners, guiding them through design consultations, plan selections, and scheduled site walks with empathy and professionalism.
• Systems Management: Drive the development of standardized, scalable workflows and maintain meticulous records within BuilderTrend and our CRM systems.
• Closing & Beyond: Coordinate with lenders and internal departments to ensure timely closings and oversee the post-move-in warranty process.
Who You Are The ideal candidate is a master multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is deeply committed to transparency and client satisfaction.
• Experienced: You have a background in customer relations or account management, ideally within the construction industry.
• Knowledgeable: You understand residential construction processes, including plan development and options selection.
• Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with ERP and CRM software.
• Communicator: You possess the interpersonal skills to effectively interact with homeowners, colleagues, and subcontractors alike.
• Educated: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
